Data handling warning
Do not send sensitive or regulated data through shared API proxies. CorvusLLM forwards prompts to upstream model providers for processing and keeps request metadata for billing and abuse prevention.
Refund and replacement policy
If a confirmed payment does not unlock access after a short processing delay, contact support with order and transaction proof. Confirmed CorvusLLM-side issues may be handled with credit, replacement, or another practical remedy.
